We are a collective of caring, insightful, and authentic therapists who are devoted to your growth. We provide a safe and supportive environment to work through the mental health challenges you are facing.

Sessions are offered in-person services at our New York City Office or online via our HIPAA compliant EHR platform. Online services are available to residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Florida and other states.

We offer individual and couples therapy for people seeking help for depression, anxiety, and relationship problems, and many other needs. Our clinicians are skilled in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), and Mindfulness-based practices. Most importantly all of our therapists are relatable and easy to talk to. Our therapist will make connections for you and help you better understand yourself and find relief from your distress. We also offer psychological testing, which is not therapy but could be for you if you’re looking for diagnostic answers, testing accommodations, and next steps.
