Beginning therapy is a meaningful decision, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself has the power to facilitate lasting change. My approach is rooted in a relational, humanistic lens— centered on connection, collaboration, and genuine curiosity about your unique experiences. I aim to foster a supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore your deeper self and life’s challenges.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief and loss, navigating illness, relational difficulties, and the impacts of trauma. Drawing from strength based and trauma-informed frameworks, I believe in honoring each person’s resilience while working together to uncover new insights and move toward growth.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life. I approach each session with warmth and authenticity, offering tools and perspectives to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and cultivate lasting well-being. Together, we will foster personal growth, emotional insight, and connection to your inner strengths.
My approach is rooted in curiosity and care. I begin by listening deeply to your concerns, ensuring I fully understand the questions that brought you here. From there, I tailor the process to meet your unique questions and needs, using reliable tools to explore areas such as cognitive abilities, academic strengths and challenges, emotional well-being, and personality dynamics.
I view this process as a way to paint a complete and nuanced picture-not just identifying difficulties but also highlighting strengths. This balanced understanding helps create actionable insights that inform next steps, whether it’s developing targeted interventions, advocating for support, or simply gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
Once the evaluation is complete, I provide clear, detailed feedback in language that makes sense. I focus on making the results practical and usable, helping you and your care team take meaningful steps forward.
My role is to help demystify the process and deliver insights that empower decisions, whether for personal growth, academic planning, or clinical care. Through thoughtful and thorough assessment, I aim to provide the answers and direction you need to move forward with confidence.

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
- Viktor E. Frankl
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from NYU Silver School of Social Work, where I completed the Zelda Foster Fellowship in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York and additionally hold certification as a Physician Assistant, bringing an integrative, interdisciplinary perspective to my clinical work.
My experience includes working with both adult and pediatric populations, providing trauma informed care to individuals and families navigating serious illness, grief, and end-of-life transitions. Currently, I continue my work at NYU Langone as part of the Department of Advanced Care Planning, where I focus on developing bereavement education and wellness initiatives for healthcare professionals. My training in palliative care has shaped my belief in meeting all clients where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experience.
I am dedicated to ongoing learning and growth. I am especially interested in relational and mindfulness-based approaches that empower clients to reconnect with their strengths and deepen their capacity for healing. I am currently pursuing additional training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to further support clients in exploring emotional experiences within the safety of a strong therapeutic relationship.
